Quality:
- You don't pay if you are not happy
- We are not required to redo orders if customer is unclear on instructions
- If we are unclear we will redo the image at no extra charge
- Additional instructions after the edit is completed will cost additional money
- Since you don't pay unless you are satisfied, there are no refunds. Additionally, once you have the final product of your photos, there is no way for us to be sure you won't use them.
Privacy:
Your name, contact info, and photos will never be shared with anyone. Your name is used to identify you in our system. And your contact info is used to make sure you get the best service possible, and to send and receive photos and messages. We use Pay Pal, a secure, third party payment service, so that your credit card information is never exposed to anyone, even us! All photos will be deleted from our system 90 days after they are uploaded.
Liability:
Realphoto Design is in no way responsible for lost or damaged photos. We are also in no way responsible for any damage that may come about from the photo edits or graphic designs. We are in no way responsible for any damage that may come about from our failure to make edits, late delivery and/or technical problems. Our liability is limited only to the cost of our services- photo editing and graphic design.
Realphoto Design strongly discourages sending us any original photos/material; digital or non-digital. Anything that is submitted is only submitted with the agreement that any damage, or loss of material, even due to our negligence or other fault, does not entitle you to recovery or compensation of your photos/material in any way.
